Rubber Spaniel is the work of Phil Bertulfo and Matt Collander formerly of the band Percolator. Last week the duo released their debut album, Phenomenon Sequitur.
Sonically the duo blends indie rock with elements of electronic music and noise for a sound somewhere between industrial, dark wave, and synth pop.
