Kelly Hoppenjans releases indie pop digital single “Every Which Way”

Those who know indie pop songstress Kelly Hoppenjans from her 2017 release Dreaming Is Easy will love her new digital single Every Which Way, which The Deli premieres today. The two new songs on the release — which drop officially on November 2nd — showcase Hoppenjans’s sound, with which fans of Ingrid Michaelson and Cat Power will fall in love. Both tracks on Every Which Way come from collaborations with other Nashville singer-songwriters: Hoppenjans worked on the title track with indie artist Natalie Royal, and the B-side "From Where I Stand" enlists the pop-folk lyrical skills of Jilian Linklater. Every Which Way precedes what’s to come next for Hoppenjans, which includes a full-length album in 2019. Listen to "Every Which Way" below. – Will Sisskind
