Glenn Kotche has released the first single, “Wild Sound – Part 4”, from his forthcoming LP, Sticks, Skins, Metal and Stone. This is collection of Glenn’s past work performed by NYU’s Percussion Ensemble. The album is due out on October 26th via National Sawdust Tracks. This is collection of pieces the Glenn has written over the last ten years and eight of the tracks have never been recorded before.

Meadow Maker is a side project of Ty Maxon, and he recently released a new LP called Swarms. Maxon’s music is typically folk and Americana based, but at Meadow Maker he delves deep into ambient and psychedelia.

Sci-Fi Sleep Cycles has released a new single, “Spent in the Silo” from their forthcoming album, Waning Days of Babylon. This single also includes a unique cover of the Archers of Loaf song “Web in Front”.
This is primarily the Lo-Fi project of Jack Curtin with Connor Lane on bass and Tim Stotz on drums. The new album is set for release in late November.
Commonweather recently released a Alex Zarek directed video for the single “Ebro” from their most recent EP, “Lemons”. The band celebrate the release of “Lemons” earlier this month with a show at Subterranean.
How To Dress Well (aka Tom Krell) released his fifth studio, The Anteroom, last week. The album is more experimental in the implementation of harsh industrial sounds. However, as with Krell’s past work contains countless moments of pure vocal beauty.

Lulu Be. is Ethiopian born and Chicago raised and last month she released her latest single, “Still Rude”. She recorded and produced the track with a little help from Malcolm Flex. Lulu blends hip hop, dance, R&B, and world music to create a sound compelling and completely unique.
It was one year ago that Lulu Be. made a splash with her debut EP, “Lululand”, and this new single is her second of 2018.

Ruins released a new EP called “2” last week via Fine Prints. This is the bedroom pop of Adam Schubert of Cafe Racer, and this EP is Adam’s third of 2018.
He is able to come across as so prolific in 2018 because he had been recording on his own for years, but only recently decided to release his recordings. We are so glad he did!
