Pop Punk group Action/Adventure will be releasing their latest EP, “Going Heel”, on November 9th. This is the work of Blake Evaristo (Vocals), Brompton Jackson (Guitar/Vocals), Oren Trace (Guitar), Adrian Brown (Drums), and Alex Oregel (Bass).

The EP’s lead single is called “Parachutes” and was recently released along side the Justin Leyba directed video below.

Axis: Sova are preparing to release to next LP, Shampoo You, via Drag City on November 16th. This is the trio of Brett Sova, Tim Kaiser, and Jeremy Freeze and this album in their first since 2016’s Motor Earth. Below is the video for the LP’s first single “Dodger”.

Myles Bryant recently released a new single called “Moonstruck”. This single marks his debut to major streaming platforms and he is clearly launching in a big way. This San Diego native, currently based in Chicago, has a delivery and flow that is truly undeniable.

Tasha has released a video (via Apple Music) for “Kind of Love”, the lead single for her new LP Alone At Last, which was released via Father/Daughter Records on October 26th.

Varsity has singed to the label Run For Cover and released a new single called “The Dogs Only Listen to Him” b/w “UFO”. This is the band’s first release since their 2018 LP, Parallel Person, and they are planning to release a new full-length album in 2019 via their new label.

What Gives has released a new single called “You Go That Way, I’ll Go Home” via Skeletal Lightning. This single is so much fun with nodes to both Weezer and Pop Punk. The band is also promising more soon and we can not wait.

Oh Balance has released the first single, “Slowly”, from his forthcoming EP. Clocking in at just over 90 seconds, this is a beautiful blending of R&B and Pop leaving us eagerly awaiting the full EP.

Blind Moon is the heavy psych project of Josh Cohen. Last week he released his latest album, Mind Is A Garden, and below is the video for the LP lead single “Warm Daze”.

The sounds on this album are a blend of ambient, meditative, and psychedelic that will take you on a journey with or without assistance.

FACS released a new EP called “Acteurs Inversion” last week. The two tracks on the EP are both ten minute plus collages of tracks and sounds that have been recorded for the trio’s forthcoming LP, which is due in 2019.

FACS is the experimental rock sounds of Alianna Kalaba (Bass), Noah Leger (Drums), and Brian Case (Guitar/Vocals).

Korgan Robb and Stella Rothenberg are the acoustic duo known as Red The Color. The duo met at The Chicago Academy for the Arts, and today, October 31st, they released their debut EP, “Throne”. This is a concept EP in that all of the songs are set in 1944. With that setting in mind, you can see why this EP’s subject matter is a little dark, but musically this duo in sync in both harmonies and songwriting. 

Daniel Knox has released a new single and video called “Capitol” featuring Jarvis Cocker. 

The single is taken from Knox’s forthcoming LP, Chasescene, which will be released on December 7th.
