Hausu Mountain will be releasing the latest project from Angel Marcloid, Bubble Universe!, tomorrow, March 1st. For this project Angel, who typically records as Fire-Toolz (or Mindspring Memories), is going by the name Nonlocal Forecast, and from the opening sounds of the album’s lead track, “Celestial Nervous System”, it is clear why. This project has a lush, organic feel that is rarely present in her experimental electronic work as Fire-Toolz. This is clearly the other side of a what is an incredibly talented musician.
Love In October @ Chop Shop (2/28)
Love In October is the work of brothers Erik and Kent Widman along with Chris Limerinos. These two have been fixtures in the music scenes for years and were formerly a duo known as Eight Bit Tiger. They are planning to released their latest album, Shapes, tomorrow, February 28th.
The album’s latest single is a beautifully dreaming tune called “Late Night”.

Doomerang “Fix”
Doomerang released the first single, “Fix”, from their forthcoming EP, “Catch and Release”, this week. The EP is due out on March 5th and follows-up their 2017 self-titled debut album.
This is the indie rock of Daniel Robbins, Katie Kadan, Patrick Green, and Kirby Baumann.

Sacred Monster “Worship The Weird”
Sacred Monster is preparing to release their latest album, and first since 2015, Worship the Weird, this Friday, March 1st. This doom metal group is fueled by the unique screams of lead singer Adam Szczygieł. He is accompanied by Robert Nubel (guitar), Guillermo Moreno (bass), and Ted Nubel (drums). Listening through the album’s first two singles may make you thrash around your office and possibly make your throat sore, but in the best way possible.

Nate Leslie “Years We Lost”
Nate Leslie has released the first single, “Foggy Windows”, from his forthcoming 6th LP, Years We Lost. The single is accompanied by the colorful music video that was shot is just 30 minutes but is a lot of fun.

Kate Schell “Shoeboxes”
Kate Schell, formerly of Paper Thick Walls, has released the powerful lead single, “Shoeboxes”, from her forthcoming debut album Past Present Future. This is raw and honest Chamber Pop with lush electronics through out.

Forest Management “Passageways”
Forest Management is preparing to release his next album, Passageways, on March 22nd via Whited Sepulchre Records. This is the beautiful ambient drone sounds of John Daniel, and this album promises to be his most personal work to date. You can preorder and stream “Blue Leaves” and “Smoke Rising Out Back (The Gardens)” below.
He also recently released a Nathan Melaragno directed video for “Blue Leaves”.

Blind Adam & The Federal League @ Reggie’s (3/2)
Blind Adam & The Federal League will be releasing a new 7” single via A-F Records called “Mansions on The Boulevard” on March 22nd. This will be the Punk N’ Western band’s first follow-up to their impressive 2018 debut album.
The band did release a new song back in December called “Bonfire Song”, and that can be streamed below. However, the three tracks that will be on this 7” are “Mansions On The Boulevard”, “Too Short To Die”, and “Another Lonely Weekend (acoustic”.

Muet “Muscle”
Post-Punk trio Muet is preparing to release their self-titled debut album on March 22nd via Metropolis Records. This is work of Steven Seibold (vox), Daniel Evans (guitar/bass), and Vince Mcaley (drums). The album’s lead single is called “Muscle”, and can be streamed below.
Dogs At Large @ Hungry Brain (3/1)
Back in December we shared the first single, "All Day", from the forthcoming LP, Delusions of Paradise, from Dogs At Large. The latest single is called “Fool’s Paradise” and it was released last week.

WateRR “The Dispensary”
On this latest album, The Dispensary, local emcee WateRR teams up with London’s Farmabeats to take a hazy journey through a singular medicinal theme. The album features a contribution from Detroit’s Ty Farris on “N.I.T.V.”, and follows WateRR’s three EP’s in 2018.
Sun BLVD “Link in Bio”
Sun BLVD has released her sophomore EP, “Link In Bio”, which was exclusively produced by DJ Skoli. The EP combines Hip Hop, Soul, and Dance Pop, and features the single “Call Me” which has a Brizzy Danks directed video below.
