Absolutely Not Gets Remixed

Absolutely Not has released two remixes from their recent album Problematic. They gave local duo Visceral Anatomy the task of reworking “Bottom of the Pit”, and they gave Austin’s Noise Punk band Super Thief the task of tackling “Glitch”.

Absolutely Not will be touring the country through out the month of April, and you can find all of their tour dates here.

Baby Teeth @ Hideout (3/22)

Baby Teeth are back and reissuing their 2012 album White Tonight. This is a remastered version with a new cover. Below is the 2012 video for the album’s title track.

Baby Teeth is the work of Abraham Levitan, Jim Cooper, and Peter Andreadis, and we are so excited to have them back together.

No Men @ Hideout (3/23)

No Men have reissued their 2016 debut full-length LP, Dear God Bring The Doom, via Let’s Pretend Records making it available on vinyl for the first time. Below is the video for “Stay Dumb” they released back in 2016.

This is the noise rock of Pursley (vocals, drums), DB (bass), and Eric Hofmeister (drums).

Silver Liz

File this one under band’s we missed, but feel strongly about mentioning now. Silver Liz is the Garage Rock of Carrie and Matt Wagner. They released their debut full-length album, I Can Feel The Weight, back in 2017.

Since coming across this last week, we’ve listened to it twice and are activity hoping there will new music from them soon.

Coaster “Be Who”

Coaster has released a new single, “Be Who” b/w “Power Tools”, last week. This is the DIY Rock of Matt Kissinger (vox/guitar), Seth Engel (guitar/vox), Dillon Kelley (bass), and Marcus Nuccio (drums, percussion).

These tracks were recorded back in August before Matt departed for LA, and most likely will be the band’s final release.

Airstream Futures Spirale Infernale Reissue

England’s Little Rocket Records has reissued the debut LP, Spirale Infernale, on sky blue vinyl. The LP was originally released by Paper + Plastick back in 2017.

Airstream Futures is the work of Devon Carson (vocals), Jeff Dean (guitar), Megan Edgin (bass), and Mike Soucy (drums). Below is the video for “Dreams of Narrow Wings”, the lead single from the album.

Airstream Futures will be performing at 350 Brewing’s 350 Fest V August 23rd to the 25th.

American Wolf “Not My Life”

Bedroom producer American Wolf has released a new single called “Not My Life”. This is his second single of 2019 follow-up “Growing Pains” which was released back in January.

For this track American Wolf lays down a Synth-Heavy Dream Pop instrumental to embrace his introspective lyrics. The single is accompanied by a beautiful Jeff Engelmann directed video.

Silent Age

Silent Age released their debut LP, Display, via Play Alone Records. This modern take on vintage New Wave from Patrick Donohoe (Vocals), Vinny Segretario (Guitar), Julian Cabrera (Drums), Benny Hernandez (Bass), and Brian Cundiff (Keyboard).

The album’s first single is called “Scattered (Never Let Me Go)” and can be streamed below.
