Bnny “August”

Bnny has shared the latest single, "August", from their forthcoming debut album, Everything, which is due out on August 20th via Fire Talk.

This is the work of Jess Viscius alongside her twin sister Alexa Viscius, plus best friends Tim Makowski, Matt Pelkey, and Adam Schubert. Of the new single Jess had this to say; “‘August’ is about fleeting summer nights in the hazy heat of Chicago,” she says. “It’s about knowing what’s best for you and doing the exact opposite. It’s about the lies we tell ourselves to keep going.”

IVERSON “The Void Within”

Iverson has released a single called "The Void Within". This is a new collaboration with Diane Coffee (the pseudonym of former Foxygen drummer Shaun Fleming) on the highly impressive backing vocals and violinist Maeve Feinberg of Spektral Quartet.

This may be the group’s most ambitious song to date, but also their most accomplished.

TYGKO “Long Ass Breakup”

Emcee TYGKO has released his debut album, Long Ass Breakup, which includes the most recent singles "Keep Up" and "Whatchu Think".

The album features contributions from Cam StaceyRob Araujo, Fraxiom, Jedwill, Naughta, ALIAH, and Lunamatic, and find TYGKO flowing over a wide array of beats. While mostly downtempo and laidback his beats blend elements of Jazz, Pop, funk, and elements of electronic music to create a complex and highly enjoyable experience.

Dos Santos “City of Mirrors”

Latinx-Futurist group Dos Santos has released the title track of their forthcoming album City of Mirrors, which is due out via International Anthem on October 15th. This single is accompanied by the Osvaldo Cuevas directed video below.

This is the work of Alex Chavez (vocals, keyboards, guitars), Jaime Garza (electric bass), Nathan Karagianis (guitars, sampling, programming, keyboards, vocals), Peter “Maestro” Vale (congas, percussion), and Daniel Villarreal (drums, percussion).

This is new album was produced by Elliot Bergman (NOMO, Wild Belle) who also plays baritone saxophone, clarinet, and upright bass on a couple of tracks.

Fire Toolz “Lellow Birbs”

Fire-Toolz has released the second single, “Lellow Birbs", from the forthcoming album, Eternal Home, which is due out on October 15th via Hausu Mountain.

This is the experimental electronic music of Angel Marcloid and the new single is accompanied by a Ben Levin animated video.
