Acteurs (Jeremy Lemos and Brian Case of DISAPPEARS) have released a new 12", I W I via the UK label Public Information. Together Lemos and Case create dark, minimal electronic near industrial music.

10,000 Light Years are currently recording the follow-up to their 2013 release "Haunted House". Last month the band released a demo version of a rocking new track called "End of The World" with new lead singer Ally Subak.

Modern Vices is lead by the energetic and compelling voice of Alex Rebek. Their self-titled debut album will be released by Autumn Tone (home to like-minded Twin Peaks and The Orwells) on October 7th. They recently released their first single "Cheap Style". Their sound strikes a charming balance between garage pop, late ’50s croon, The Smiths, and The Drum. High praise, sure, but Modern Vices is already proving they can deliver.

Villa Coola is the new project of Gehring Miller (The Welcome). With The Welcome recently announcing that are "taking a break for the foreseeable future" it seems Miller needs a new outlet for his talent. This is a shift from the sound of The Welcome into a more of an Alt-Folk, lo-fi sound. Miller released his first batch of recording via soundcloud last week.
