Pamphleteers have released the first single, "Shivering", from their forthcoming LP, The Ghost That Remains. The trio is fronted by bassist/singer Rebecca Crawford formerly of The Dials.

Creatures From Dell Pond have released the first single, "32 Regis Rd, Marshfield, MA", from their forthcoming EP, Battered Boyfriend. The new album is due out on November 4th. Unlike the other releases from the band, this EP is primarily the work of Gordon Pond.

Growth (aka Harold Boyd) recently released a new single called "Tale of Two Chicago’s". It paint a vivid and urgent picture of the state of city. It is the follow-up to his recently released mixtape, Live from the Front Room.

American Football has released a second single, "Give me The Gun", from their forthcoming self-titled sophomore album. The album is due out on October 21st via Polyvinyl.

American Football will be celebrating the album’s release on October 29th at The Vic with Low and Joan of Arc. 

The Movies, Will Cuneo, Sarah Cuturic, and Sam Brown, have released a new EP, Angeline. The 5 song EP was recorded at The Public House back in July.

Beau Wanzer released the first single from his forthcoming LP, Untitled LP II, this week. The album is set to be released via his imprint, BW, on October 31st. This is a collection of archival recordings of mutilated sounds and beats.

Gunther is a local producer and DJ, and he released his first mixtape, The Get Away, last week. The seven track effort also features appearances by Goose and Space Cash.

Gunther will be performing at Hard Water (7545 N. Clark) tomorrow night, Sept 1st, with Happyfixx, DjC, and Lars 161.

August Hotel has released a new single called "12AM". The single dropped early this month and has been all over spotify and played on local radio.

Indian-based Metavari released the first single and video, "Indigo", from their forthcoming new album, Symmetri, today. Metavai is the electronic music project of Nathaniel David Utesch, but in 2015 he brought a full-band on board to perform live.

The Fox & The Hounds have released a new video for their track "How the Other Half Live". The track comes from their 2015 EP, Peachy Keen, and was directed by Gregg Jaffe of Big Teeth Productions.

The new self-titled tape from Hit School is being released tomorrow via Already Dead Tapes. The noise rock trio, of Ben Fairbank, Ban Bruttig, and Adam Caldwell, formed in early 2015.
