Posted on:

V.V. Lightbody has released a video for my personal favorite song from her debut album, Bathing Peach, “Fish In Fives”. The LP, out today (June 8th) via Midwest Action, is the perfect breezy summer album from start to finish, and this track is the perfect example of that.

You can help V.V. Lightbody celebrate this new album tonight, June 8th, at Schubas with Rose Hotel.

Mxrxll is project of producer and guitarist Brennan Morell. Yesterday, Mxrxll released a new EP called “Dream 22”, and it is stunningly beautiful. Over the four tracks on the EP, he combines hip hop, EDM, and ambient music with sampled vocals. The result is a debut that needs to be heard.

Florasim

I don’t really know to much about Florasim, i.e. who she is, but here new EP, "Emotional Honesty 2.0", has really caught my attention. Only four songs, one of which is only 40 seconds, this EP beautiful blends electronic music, samples, and lush vocals.

At the very least this EP makes me want to find out more about Florasim.
