Song Premiere: Trickshooter Social Club “Duck and Run”

We are proud to be able to premiere a new song, “Duck and Run”, from the forthcoming album, American Experiment, from Trickshooter Social Club. This is the band’s third studio album, and first since 2016’s Generator. “Duck and Run” is a scorching blues-tinged rocker that definitely gave us something we wanted.

This is the work of Steve Simoncic, Larry Liss, James McNaughton, Chris Bartley, Chris Ellison, Maggie Mitchell, Beltran Del Campo, and Ruth Margraff.

You can help Trickshooter Social Club celebrate the release of their album at Silvie’s Lounge on July 12th with William Sides Atari Party, The Architects of Beauty and Liz and the Baguettes.

Algebra Suicide “Horizon”

San Francisco reissue label Dark Entries is releasing a new collection of music from ’80’s Avant Garage duo Algebra Suicide called “Still Life” on July 12th.

This was the work of eventual husband and wife duo of poet Lydia Tomkiw and multi-instrumentalist Don Hedeker. They formed the duo in 1982 and steadily released music until their break-up in 1995.

“Still Life” is collection for tracks taken from the duo’s debut LP, Big Skin along with several tracks taken from their 1988 compilation, The Secret Like Crazy.

The first single from “Still Life” is called “Horizon” and originally appeared on the 1986’s LP, Big Skin.

The Kreutzer Sonata “The Rosehill Gates”

Hardcore Punk outfit The Kreutzer Sonata have released a new album, The Rosehill Gates, via Don’t Panic and No Trend. This is the band’s third album and follow-up to last year’s The Gutters of Paradise.

Below is the video for the album’s lead single, “Feasts and Famines”.

The Kreutzer Sonata will be playing a record release show on July 7th at Liar’s Club with The Oi! Scouts, Corrupted Youth, and Uglybones.

Handsome Naked

Comedy Rap Trio Handsome Naked are preparing to release their 7th studio album, Doors, on July 19th. This is the hilarious work of Eric Oren, Chucho Perez and Brad Kemp, and view the video for the album’s first single, “Fallontine’s Day”, below.

The trio will be appearing on NBC and Chrissy Teigen’s new show Bring The Funny this summer, which premiere’s on July 9th.

Not Lovely “Ultraviolet Carnation”

Jazz and Hip Hop group Not Lovely is back, having released a new single, “Ultraviolet Carnation”, last week, and promising an album is on the way.

This the band’s second official single, and is three year’s in the making. Not Lovely, on this single, is the work of Joshua Virtue (Vocals), Jack Clements (Vocals), Michael Queenan (Vocals/Guitar), Hannah Fidler (Vocals), Taylor Stevenson (Drums, Synth), Alex Murphy (Keys), and Simon Ciaccio (Bass).

Glitter Moneyyy @ Empty Bottle (7/11)

Glitter Moneyyy is the Rap duo of Queen Trashley and TayyySlayyy and over the last month they released the first two single, “Yes!” and “Nastyyy”, from their forthcoming sophomore album, Binge. The album, which is being released by No Trend Records on July 12th, features production from SuperKnova, Brad Kemp, and Messy Beatz.

Triguna “Candied Lemons”

Suburban Death Metal group Triguna has released released the first two singles from their forthcoming EP “Candied Lemons”. This is the work of Claude Bird (Vocals), Jeremy York (Lead Guitar), Noah J. Ridens (Rhythm Guitar), Evan Van Dyne (Drums), and Jarrett Meier (Bass Guitar).

The EP’s opening track, which is also the title track, is a blistering 6 minutes, but contains many unique twists and turns.

Harm Less “Unviolence”

Harm Less has released a second single, “Unviolence”, from their forthcoming album, Safe’s Pace. The album, their first since 2015, is set to be released on August 9th via Flesh and Bone Records.

This is the Post Rock project of multi-Instrumentalist Bryan Kingsley of Bishop and Dead Sun.

Along with the first single, “Loose Leaves”, this album is lining up to be an incredible sonic journey.

Air Credits “Wasteland Radio New Archives”

This four track effort features contributions from Joe Carsello, Fyodor Sakhnovski (Radiant Devices), and Sen Moritimoto.
