Bernie & The Wolf “Willingly”

Bernie & The Wolf have released a new single called “Willingly”. This is the second single from the duo since the release of their debut album, Catch Some, back in 2017. This is the first single from their forthcoming LP, Haughty Banter.

This is the indie rock of Bernadette Conant (Guitar & Vocals) and Erik Lobo (Drums & Bass). They are currently on Part one of a four part, four month tour to celebrate the release of their album.

Wildcat “Western”

Wildcat has released their debut album, Western. The first single, “Avalon”, appeared over a year ago which placed is album on our eagerly awaited list for quite some time.

The is the horn-filled rock of Tom Reeder (Guitar, Vox), Alex Kisiel (Bass), Steve Watson (Drums), Mike Musto (Trombone), and Stevan Vasich (Trumpet).

Lulu Be. “Bombshelter”

Salvation “Year of the Fly”

Noise Pop trio Salvation has teamed up with Forge Again Records to release their third album, Year of The Fly. This is the work of Victor Riley (Bass), Santiago Guerrero (Drums), and Jason Sipe (Guitar/Vocals), and this is the first new music from the trio since 2017’s Sore Loser.

Blase “Elusive Colors”

Blase released his debut EP, “Elusive Colors”, last week. This is the hazy Psych Pop of Mitch Settecase who has spent the last few year performing with the likes of Jude Shuma, Dried Spider, Niika, B Forrest, Subhi, and more.

The EP’s opening track is called “Weightless” and is accompanied by the B Forrest directed video below.

Quiet Pterodactyl Launch Event @ Constellation (11/27)

A new nonprofit focused on the creation of music and art, called Quiet Pterodactyl, is launching this week. They are hosting a launch party and fundraiser on Wednesday, November 27th at Constellation. The event will feature performance from a handful of Chicago’s most talented musicians including Dan Bitney, LeRoy Bach, Dustin Laurenzi, Jeremy Cunningham, Macie Stewart, and Lane Beckstrom.

The event will also include a silent auction with proceeds going to cover the startup fees and their first public activation series, which will begin in January 2020 and announced at the Launch Party.
