BBsitters Club “Same As Before”

BBsitters Club has released the lead single, "Same As Before", from their forthcoming debut studio album, BBsitters Club & Party, which is due out via Hausu Mountain on October 16th.

This is the work of Doug Kaplan and Charlie Olvera on guitars and vocals, Max Allison on bass, and Paul Birhanu on drums. Kaplan and Allison are the co-founder of the band’s label and also perform as the duo Pepper Mill Rondo. The sound of BBsitters Club is a blend of Jam Band, Country, Prog, and straight ahead Classic Rock.

Single Premiere: The Steak House Mints “Don’t Let The Russian Bots Win”

We are proud to be able to premiere the latest single, "Don’t Let The Russian Bots Win", from the Glam Pop group The Steak House Mints. If the title doesn’t tip you off the single’s cover will, the band has seized the moment to get bluntly political. The single is officially out on Friday, Aug 21, one day after the U.S. Democratic National Convention wraps up and three days before the start of the U.S. Republican National Convention.

This single was recorded by Steven Gillis, who is known for his work with Los Lobos and Naked Raygun, at Transient Sound and was mastered by Ted Jensen (Talking Heads-Speaking in Tongues; Green Day-American Idiot) at Sterling Sound.

Fever Queen “Night Vision”

Fever Queen has released the third single, "Night Vision", from her forthcoming debut album, The World of Fever Queen, which is due out Sept. 10th via First To Knock.

This is the Psych Rock of Eleanor Rose Lee and the forthcoming album feature’s the previously released singles "Love Last" and "Cerulean" as well as two covers, Brenda Lee’s “I’m Sorry” and Lee Hazlewood’s “For One Moment”.

T.Z. Duhh + Swim Team “Verified”

T.Z. Duhh recently teamed up with the collective known as Swim Team on his second new single in as many months, "Verified". In fact, Duhh has released a string of quality tracks in 2020 including "Flash Gordon" with IceFace, "Stoopider" with Bando Brando, and more.

The track was produced by Tino Keyz and is as good as an attempt to get that little blue checkmark as any we have heard.

Today’s Children “Things You Wish”

Today’s Children recently released their debut single, "Things You Wish". This is the throwback Psych Pop project Nick Arger who recorded single entirely on his iPhone using Garageband with two microphones, while playing all of the instruments.

When performing live the band expands to include Derek Rice, Jake Kay, and Alex O’Malley.

Sam Wagster “Figurative Texas”

Pedal steel master Sam Wagster of Mute Duo and several other projects has released a new album called "Figurative Texas". It was 19 years ago that Wagster left Texas for Chicago and this album is his tribute the memories he has of Dallas.
