Ratboys have released the latest album, Singin’ to an Empty Chair, via New West Records. This week the group also released the album’s fourth single and video, “Penny in the Lake”.
This is the group formed by Julia Steiner and David Sagan with Marcus Nuccio, and Sean Neumann.
