Female vocalist Mariel Loveland leads NY/NJ punk rockers Candy Hearts, who bring a unique and invigorating power pop sound that the scene was ready to embrace. After only a few years as a band, they’ve gained popularity within the local NY punk scene and have recently made The Deli’s Top 20 NYC Alt Rock Charts. The band is set to play the upcoming Shirts for a Cure 10th Anniversary Cruise with Title Fight on June 16th. The show will take place aboard Manhattan’s Circle Line as part of the Rocks Off Concert Cruise Series. All proceeds benefit the The Syrentha J. Savio Endowment, which lends a hand to underprivileged women diagnosed with breast cancer to help them get the care that they need.
