Attia Taylor & Oh! Pears Making Magic at M Room Oct. 23

I love when two of my favorite local musicians play the same show. There’s an awesome comradeship that’s present in the music, and I expect nothing less when Attia Taylor and Oh! Pears take the stage tonight at the M Room. Taylor’s music is always innovative, raw and futuristically vintage, while Oh! Pears, who recently performed at this year’s CMJ Music Marathon & Film Festival for a day party at The Living Room, is always boldly abstract, voluminously bittersweet, and wholly encompassing.
