The record release party for Brooklyn indie rockers Backwords isn’t the only reason to catch tonight’s show at The Ox. Folk music heartthrobs and relative newcomers, The Divine Lorraine will be opening with an acoustic set that’s jam packed with violin, banjo, and upright bass. It also features the panty-dropping vocals of Ryan Belski and occasional songbird accompaniment of Liz Boyd. The band has been working on a upcoming album and should be unleashing plenty of new tunes. Also on the lineup is impressive acoustic artists Norwegian Arms, who have some beautiful tunes up on their Bandcamp page including a five song EP titled Louise.
