Formed in 2009, Neighbors is led by Williamsburg stoop-dweller and former Jacksonknife founder Noah Stitelman. The band’s debut EP "Hooligans" is out on Paper Brigade, and was written and recorded by Stitelman in his Brooklyn apartment.
