Once again, NoLibs’s 2nd Street will be mobbed this Sunday for Philly’s annual 2nd Street Festival, the city’s biggest block party. There will be two stages of live music, featuring local talent such as The Extraordinaires, Dogs on Acid, LOUDS, Tutlie, Tin Horses, Satellite Hearts, and many others. (Check out the schedule of performances HERE!) The streets will also be filled with food stands/carts, beer gardens, art, workshops, and craft vendors.
