So every year I tell myself that I’m not going to do one of these, but then I see all the lists come out, and I can’t help but chime on in with my two cents. Well, this year, I embraced the challenge, and spent the last month reviewing what has been a ridiculously amazing year for Philly music. These were some of my highlights.
