Soul crooner Nicky Egan’s sophomore full length release ‘The 45 Homestead Project,’ brings the singer even closer to the kind of sultry journeys she began exorcising on her last album. With a kind of Reba McEntire drawl, and an honest intimacy ready to lick any wound, new single ‘Left Unsaid’ comes on like a torch song tell-all. Set in the most sensual of hotel rooms (and its implied potential for sexy things to happen, as if in a separate world) the single’s video needs to be seen to be best appreciated.
