Unicycle Loves You – per the lyrics of their song “Wow Wave Cinema,” streaming below – claims nothing new, just a new name. At least they’re being honest? We think they actually stand out in the crowd. Hailing from the Indie epicenter of Brooklyn, the former Chicago residents tackle the noise pop genre with catchy rhythms and instrumentals that are both grating yet well-tempered.
