Named after the Puerto Rican slang word for perfect surfing conditions, Go Cozy’s debut full length Glaziao is a warm and hypnotic release that takes inspiration from ethereal acts such as The Sundays and The LA’s. The quintet creates deeply personal music while wielding airy guitar tones and lush melodies. Lyrically, the album touches on themes of self-loathing, introspection, and damaging love, while warm shimmering guitars and graceful harmonies from front-man Homero Salazar Andrujovich and Maria Sage keep Go Cozy’s music delightfully upbeat. Definitely an enjoyable find. – John Honan
