As we learned in our last interview with Sun Airway, there were plans to release a new 7” this summer. At the time, they were finishing up work on the song “Wild Palms”, which is the first post-Nocturne song that they’ve recorded. Well, the band just tweeted today that the mixes for the new 7” were sent off to be mastered so it seems like things are on schedule. You can catch Sun Airway live on Friday, June 3 at the First Unitarian Sanctuary with Klip Collective‘s Ricardo Rivera doing projections and Dustin Wong (from Ponytail) as the opener.
