There’s very little information to be found online about Philly garage rock outfit Shape Breaker. Instead, they let their guitar-shredding speak for itself. In 2011, they released their debut album, no fun., which featured the opening track, “Brotherly Love,” a fast-paced jam made for sweaty moshing and brotherly shoves. Shape Breaker’s latest album, Eyes Wide, was released last year and well-received by the blogosphere so it’s no surprise that they’ll opening for crude (in the best way) Austin garage-punks OBN IIIs, who are elusive about what information they give out as well. Their Facebook “About” section reads, “Our page is about fuck-all if not for the band. Come see us live. How’s that for a long drescription, facebook?” Local acts Ruby Buff and The Pretty Greens will be rounding out the bill. Underground Arts, 1200 Callowhill St., 8pm, $10, 21+ – Emily DiCicco
