The trope of the wandering musician is a familiar one. We’ve all heard the Allman Brothers’ "Ramblin’ Man" or Dion’s "The Wanderer" or even more recently, Chris Stapleton’s "Traveller". But the longevity of this trope shows the reality of the hard life of a musician on the road. Nashville’s Riley Moore took this trope and lived it out like no other however when he toured 1,600 miles from Portland to Nashville ON FOOT. Perhaps inspired by that experience, Moore is now sharing throwback country single "Wandering Man" ahead of his album Vagrant due out in June. Check out the song below.
