Last night, The Dead Milkmen provided one of the most hilarious moments during LOUD! FAST! PHILLY! at PhilaMOCA. We got to see footage of their appearance on Club MTV where Rodney Anonymous attempted to handcuff himself to Downtown Julie Brown after their performance.
