The 8th Annual holiday edition of the Philadelphia Independent Craft Market descends upon District N9NE today, just in time for some last minute shopping for the perfect gift. And it will feature 40+ arts & craft and vintage vendors who will be selling an eclectic selection of handmade jewelry, apparel, antiques, and then some. There will also be food supplied from the likes of Vernalicious and the Cupcake Carnivale as well as refreshments from Philadelphia Brewing Company. It wouldn’t be an Independent Craft Market without some live music, and this time it will be headlined by the Grammy/Emmy-winning multi-instrumenatlist, songwriter, and producer Khari Mateen. The multi-faceted musician has recently collaborated with his father, Radji Mateen Sr., who is a seasoned saxophonist that has worked with the likes of Kindred Family Soul, Dice Raw, and Snoop Dog, to rework his song Thinking About You.
