Dominic Angelella leads the eclectic indie-rockin’ DRGN KING performing tonight at PhilaMOCA. The group blends elements of rock, electronica and hip hop, and the mix results in a rambunctious brand of music that harnesses a groove and fuses it with Angelella’s “round up the troops vocals.” It’s a sound that’s easy to back – part sleazy, part stealth and perpetually on the move. The psychedelic-tinged rock trio of Busses builds off comfortable, familiar vibes and then breaks away into lesser-traveled territory.
