House of Sugar (Domino) is the latest LP from Alexander Giannascoli, who is better known as (Sandy) Alex G. Complex, cohesive sonic textures make for a compelling yet comforting collection of songs. One becomes intimately entangled in the web of warped warmth. It’s another must-have release from the prolific Philly songwriter.
