Here’s a new music video from Work Drugs for their latest track “Boogie Lights.” It was directed by NYC video artists/art therapist Karl Shoes, who also worked on their “Ice Wharf” video. “Boogie Lights” is said to be “dedicated to Anna LePierse, one of our oldest friends who left sailing college in the Keys to pursue her dreams of ‘making’ it in Hollywood. After a few years she found her true calling… out in the valley… and well the rest is history.” Believe it or not? We choose the latter, but we do enjoy the mythical stories of “Thomas Crystal” and “Benjamin Louisiana” that tell the tale of how their songs came to be.
