Now that all the Pope stuff is behind us, it’s time to get back to what we love – local music. (But honestly, Philly being so desolate this weekend was pretty damn rad, especially if you were biking around; however, we do feel for all our service industry friends/struggling musicians who rely on the usual weekend business.) Below is a new album from post-punk/noise-rock outfit Humanshapes that will kick you back into gear on this dreary Monday morning, entitled Behavior. The EP was recorded by Swearin’s Kyle Gilbride (Wherever Audio) at beloved defunct DIY space Golden Tea House during this past summer. Humanshapes will be performing this Sunday, October 4 at The Fire.
