Chicago’s noise-rock band Melkbelly will be playing at Subterranean on June 3rd in support of Protomartyr. On their 2016 7” split release of "Mount Cool Kid" and "Elk Mountain," Melkbelly incorporates elements of industrial sludge, shoegaze and math-rock to create a burst of deftly controlled chaos.
