Maxx Stoyanoff-Williams Benefit on Dec. 19 at Standard Tap & Your Opportunity to Win the “Philadelphia Golden Ticket”

We are bummed to receive this news. Maxx Stoyanoff-Williams, the lovable and charismatic leader of Black Landlord (and formerly of The Goats and Incognegro), was recently hospitalized for the better part of the month and as a result has accumulated medical bills way too large for him to endure. Standard Tap and Philadelphia Brewing Company will be hosting a benefit for Maxx on Monday, December 19 from 4pm – 7pm at Standard Tap. To help support the cause, there will be an auction held at 7pm featuring an unprecedented opportunity to win the “Philadelphia Golden Ticket,” which will allow the auction winner a non-transferable, unlimited two ticket pass to any of the shows at any of the designated venues – any time between January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012. This also includes sold out shows so you can potentially go to an unlimited amount of shows with a guest – any time throughout the year and at any of the participating venues (Electric Factory, Mann Center, The Trocadero, all R5 events, Theatre of Living Arts, Festival Pier at Penns Landing, Union Transfer, Johnny Brenda’s, Kung Fu Necktie, Milkboy, The Note, The Fire, North Star, Fergie’s, and Time). All proceeds from the auction will go to Maxx. Please don’t miss the chance to help out a great individual and to participate in the opportunity of a lifetime!
