Endless foamy waves of guitar crash and swirl against the pulsating and overdriven bass, creating a broken sky of shimmering reverb clouds that hang lazily like stale smoke in the back of a speeding panel van. It’s the Dead Kennedys doing their best Beach Boys impression on April 20th.
