Delaware outfit and adopted Philadelphians The Spinto Band are hosting a Halloween show tonight at Johnny Brenda’s that they’ve dubbed “Dress Up and Make A Sound.” Besides having the creepy, ultra-rad flier (above), it’s hard to imagine the feel good indie popsters scaring anyone this evening, but it doesn’t mean that they won’t be bringing the fun as well as some nifty costumes. And the energy will certainly be intensified by soulful, rootsy rock ‘n’ rollers Toy Soldiers.
