We broke the news the other day that Far-Out Fangtooth’s Nick Kulp has officially joined Creepoid with the band parting ways with former guitarist Pete Joe Urban. This doesn’t really surprise us since Urban had already taken a hiatus from the group to live in Texas while his girlfriend attended school. And with the band posting on Facebook that they’ll be giving up their sweet pad in West Philly so that they can begin “touring now til forever,” it makes absolute sense to have all members on the same page. And if you’ve seen/heard Kulp shred with Far-Out Fangtooth, then you should know that he’s definitely a good fit and a logical replacement. So what does the future hold for Far-Out Fangtooth? That still remains to be seen with Creepoid’s plans to extensively. You can check out the new lineup this evening at The Barbary when they open for Walter Scheifels (Gorilla Biscuits, Youth Of Today, Rival Schools, etc.). The Barbary, 951 N.
