Twanging, soulful Philly singer/songwriter Chris Kasper hits World Café Live tonight debuting his new heart-heavy album Bagabones. Based on its first single, “Head Above the Waterline,” expect shivers down your spine and a tug at your heartstrings this evening at his CD release party. Warming up the stage are the lilting, folk-pop sounds of Hezekiah Jones fronted by songwriter, Raph Cutrufello and the lyric-less guitar styling of Jason Laughlin and The String Gliders.
