Indie-pop duo Chalk and Numbers showcase a soft spot for bubble gum pop in the new single “Boy” (streaming below), which combines a refreshingly stripped down sound with melodic elements inspired by the 60’s mainstream pop. The Brooklyn natives conjoins Sable Yong’s refined and tempered voice with Andrew Pierce’s composed melodies within a range of memorable melodies and light tones.
