In May the French Label African Tape will be releasing Big’n’s first new music since 2000. The new Ep will be called Spare The Horse, and feature four new tracks. The tracks were recorded by Greg Norman at Electrical Audio earlier this year. Currently it will only be released as vinyl import, but if you enjoy the spastic sounds of this classic noise markers it will be well worth it.

The French label also release a collection of singles and unreleased tracks by Big’n last month called Dying Breed.

How to Dress Well @ Empty Bottle

Posted on:

Tom Krell is a musician living here in Chicago that really is not getting the local attention he deserves. As How To Dress Well he saw his debut LP Love Remains released in the US by Lefse Records and around the world by Tri Angle Records back in January. He combines eighties synth with a love for R&B, and a expiremental nature to make some very creative and interesting music.

He recently posted a cover of R. Kelly’s "I Wish", and he will be DJing @ Empty Bottle on March 15th which is also the night Salem is performing.
