Budweiser Made in America Festival “Phase 1” Lineup Announced

News about the Jay Z curated Budweiser Made in America festival has been accumulating and spreading through the Internet. Brooklyn Vegan caught Pearl Jam had announced on their website that they’d be headlining and other artists included would be Jay Z (of course), Dirty Projectors and Passion Pit, while Philly.com’s Dan Gross discovered from a screenshot taken by Cold Pizza Band that Ticketmaster slipped up and posted a premature list that former Philly native Santigold, Skrillex, Miike Snow, Odd Future, Drake, Afrojack, and D’Angelo would be performing. Others confirmed on the Made in America Facebook page for “Phase I” of the lineup announcements are Calvin Harris, Maybach Music (featuring Rick Ross, North Philly’s Meek Mill and Wale), X, Janelle Monae, Prince Royce, Rita Ora, Savoy (DJ set), and The Knocks. There has been no confirmation about Drake yet. However, we’re sure you’ll be hearing more leaks and lineup announcements soon enough.
