Following the Quentin Tarantino school of thought that good music is enhanced by bad kung fu (or is it vice-versa?) Year of October put out this video at the beginning of this month for their song "Gone." The track is off their brand new album "Golden Days," which was just released on October 11th. We’re clearly digging us some steady, gritty blues this week, and are thrilled to be able to find it in our own backyard. Year of October have the notoriety of winning our Artist of the Month earlier this year, and have clearly been hard at work since then, hitting the road on a regular basis between recoding stints. They hit Springwater Supper Club on November 15th with The Dead Gypsies and Fat Tuesday and the New Custards. -Terra James-Jura
