The Lonely Biscuits Rally the Nashville Community for A Shot At SXSW

Saturday night, the Lonely Biscuits hit the stage with Black Sea Royalty and our band of the year, Daniel Ellsworth & the Great Lakes. The four-piece brought their self-described "funk/hip-hop/soul/pop" to the Exit/In before releasing their music video for "Make Ya Music," which was unveiled as a gift to the band’s fans for sharing the picture posted above 300+ times on Facebook.

At only 19 years old and as current Belmont students, the band is rallying the local music community to get behind them and vote for them as the mtvU College Artist Woodie winners. The winner of the poll gets the chance to travel to Austin and open the Woodies Festival at SXSW. No other artist in the poll is from Nashville, so feel free to rep your city freely. (You can vote as many times as you like.)
