University City District is putting out a free mix tape of West Philly artists as part of this year’s Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll series that starts today. You just need to swing by one of the participating restaurants, cafes, or shops to pick up a mix tape card, which will provide you with an access code. The mix features songs by 11 bands that will include Dr. Dog’s Scott McMicken, Stinking Lizaveta, West Philadelphia Orchestra, The Powder Kegs, Make A Rising, Heavy Medical, and many others.
