Kelly Reed “The Blue”

Kelly Reed (F.K.A. i.e. kokoro) has released the first single, "The Blue", from her forthcoming debut album, Stupid Idiot, which is set to released on April 7th.

Reed is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist with over a decade of experience performing and creating music. This new project, her first as Kelly Reed, aims to deconstruct the experience of mental health from various real and imagined narrative perspectives.

Smushie “One Second Offering”

Smushie, Austin Koenigstein of Berta Bigtoe, has released a new double single called "One Second Offering". This single features two songs, "Yuck Your Yum" and "Tulip Schmaltz in A Major”, the first of which features Nik Ritchie (Fat Night) on Drums and Augustus Martini on Bass. "Tulip Schmaltz in A Major” is accompanied by the video below.

Ghost Days “your hand, this sky”

Ghost Days, the dream pop project of Alessia Kato, is back with a new single called "your hand, this sky". This is the first new music from Kato since the release of her 2022 cassette swans cry.

Triple Fast Action “Small Amount”

Chicago’s Forge Again Records announced this week that they will be releasing a 32 track, 3 LP, collection of previously rare and unreleased tracks from the mid ’90’s local indie rock legends Triple Fast Action on April 21st.

They have also released the collection’s opening track, "Small Amount".

Triple Fast Action is the work of Wes Kidd (vocals/guitar), Ronnie Schneider (guitar), Kevin Tihista (bass), and Brian St. Clair (drums).
