This evening, Union Transfer will be playing host to a fundraiser event for the Rail Park, a project to build public green space along the rail tracks of the abandoned Reading Viaduct. There will be a sold-out cocktail reception and fashion show before the music performances, which will feature short sets and rare collaborations from talented artists. You’ll be treated to Sharon Van Etten performing with Mary Lattimore and Jeff Zeigler, Birdie Busch backed by Pattern is Movement‘s Chris Ward, Spank Rock, Light Heat, Sun Ra Arkestra and The Walkmen, who have announced that this could be their final show (or at least for a very long time).
