On ‘Outerboros,’ Dougmore is self-aware and his lyrics are vivd with a lucidity and assuredness that feels fresh and sincere. The album features 10 tracks that showcase his craft as a composer, songwriter, and vocalist, as well as Dougmore’s instrumental virtuosity, particularly on the banjo.
