Mint Mile is preparing to release their latest album, andwhichstray, on November 28th via Comedy Minus One. This is project of Tim Midyett and the story of how is album came to be is another reminder of how much this community misses the presence and abilities of Steve Albini.
Tim, Steve, and Greg Norman recorded a majority of this album at recording seminar in the South of France in late April, early May 2024. They flew back home in May 5th and Steve passed away on the 7th.
The album’s lead, “This ‘n That”, was released back in July, and they recently released a second single called “Black Road”.
On this album Tim is joined by Jeff Panall (drums), Justin Brown (steel guitar), and Matthew Barnhart (bass).
