The trio of Damn Right!, under their current configuration of Tommy Bradel, Johnny Fissinger and Matt “FLOTE” Tripodi, just released its first LP Frozen Sun. Working to shake the group’s previous reputation as a jamband, the album provides a smooth synth-friendly atmosphere with danceable yet relaxed beats that gradually ease their way into your system, finding them travelling through the terrain of such artists as Tycho and Caribou.
