Risa Elledge and William Wong are Tocca, a genre-defying project unafraid of sharing premature works; unmastered and raw, their songs promise much potential. Elledge’s vocals are undoubtedly enticing and easy on the ears. Accompanied by bright and uplifting guitar riffs on "What You Need to Get By", her slight husk and powerful emotional projections seem effortless.
